Overview. This website is operated by The Loon Gallery LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Return and Refund, Shipping, and Privacy policies.

Artwork and descriptions. We do our best to show each piece's colors, textures, and dimensions accurately. However, screens vary, and handmade and original works naturally have unique characteristics. Minor differences from photos are not considered defects.

Availability. Many works are one-of-a-kind and are also offered for sale in our Glen Arbor gallery. In the rare case that a piece sells in person before your online order is processed, we'll notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Pricing and errors. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or are placed by resellers.

Payment. Payment is due in full at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Artists' rights. All artwork and images on this site are protected by copyright and remain the property of the individual artists. Buying a work transfers ownership of the physical piece only, not the right to reproduce it. Images on this site may not be copied or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Loon Gallery LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or products bought here. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
