Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time. Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase. Large, framed, or fragile pieces may need extra time for custom packing. If so, we'll let you know.

Shipping rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Insurance and tracking. Every shipment is fully insured. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Higher-value pieces may require a signature on delivery.

Free local pickup. You can choose free pickup at checkout and collect your order at the gallery:

We'll email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment, at your cost.

Damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please see our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
